 Chef Vandy, the creative mind behind Vandy’s Kitchen, is a distinguished culinary professional known for seamlessly merging wellness with authentic Asian flavours. A graduate of the prestigious Academy of Pastry Arts and a former chef at The Oberoi, New Delhi, she brings a refined, fine-dining sensibility to her health-forward culinary philosophy. Her expertise spans a vibrant range of cuisines Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, Burmese, and Indonesian each dish crafted with precision, using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Since launching her first venture in 2018, she has successfully evolved from pop-ups to cloud kitchens, catering, and high-profile collaborations at DLF’s luxury clubs and renowned restaurants. Now an integral part of Restro Solutions, Chef Vandy continues to push boundaries, proving that nutritious food can be as flavourful, indulgent, and memorable as any gourmet offering making her a true force in the future of mindful dining.

Sandy, the alchemist behind some of the most daring and delicious cocktails in the country, is a celebrated mixologist and beverage strategist who brings bold Indian ingredients to the world stage with flair and finesse. Currently the Corporate Beverage Manager at Thanks & Beyond and crowned Mixologist of the Year 2025, Sandy’s journey from barback to bar boss is one stirred with hustle and finished with sheer brilliance.

A former bar wizard at Lair, Sandy has carved his niche across global bar takeovers in Singapore, Bangkok, and other international hotspots  turning each venue into a canvas of taste, culture, and innovation. With a deep understanding of spirits, flavor architecture, and guest psychology, he curates bar programs that go beyond trend they tell a story.

Whether it’s a smoky jamun sour or a saffron-washed negroni, Sandy’s creations are soulful sips rooted in memory, mood, and unapologetic Indian identity. Known for pushing the boundaries of mixology while staying grounded in narrative and technique, his menus aren’t just drink lists they’re experiences.

Now an integral part of Restro Solutions, Sandy partners with restaurants, hotels, and luxury bars to create beverage programs that are operationally sound, wildly creative, and deeply profitable mentoring teams, building systems, and shaking up the industry one pour at a time.
